A very emotional read. I knew something bad waa going to happen and while i suspected what it was, it still broke my heart. I wanted to reach out and help Raegan, I absolutely hated that she suffered in silence and everything in me wishes that she had been able to confide in someone, anyone. I was so glad when she came back to herself. When her and Drew met I had this big scenario painted in my head that he would just figure stuff out (mind reader? lol), but I'm completely satisfied with the way the authors let the plot unfold. When she heard Drew on the phone, something in my gut just knew what was coming and I dreaded it for her.
I loved Drew's patience. I loved his asshat side. I loved his hidden layers. I completely adored Dawson!
The authors did a great job with this story. I'm looking forward to Remy's story. That bastard has some serious explaining to do, but I honestly don't see Aimee as completely innocent because she all but admitted she seduced him. I can't wait to see how that unfolds.
I would recomme d this books to others and I'm all in for a new favorite among my authors.
