CONNECT WITH THE AUTHORS NYT & USA Today bestselling author M. Malone lives in the Washington, DC metro area with her husband and their two sons. She holds a master's degree in Business from a prestigious college that would no doubt be scandalized by how she's using her expensive education. Independently published, she has sold more than 1/2 million ebooks in her two series, THE ALEXANDERS and BLUE-COLLAR BILLIONAIRES. Since starting her indie journey in 2011 with the runaway bestselling novella "Teasing Trent," her work has appeared on the New York Times and USA Today bestseller lists more than a dozen times. She's now a full-time writer and spends 99.8% of her time in her pajamas. Website: http://www.minxmalone.com/ Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/minxmalone Twitter: http://www.twitter.com/minxmalone

USA Today bestselling author Nana Malone's love of all things romance and adventure started with a tattered romantic suspense novel she "borrowed" from her cousin. It was a sultry summer afternoon in Ghana, and Nana was a precocious thirteen. She's been in love with kick-butt heroines ever since. With her overactive imagination constantly channeling her inner Buffy, it was only a matter a time before she started creating her own characters. While she waits for her chance at a job as a ninja assassin, Nana works out her drama, passion and sass with fictional characters every bit as brazen and kick-butt as she thinks she is. A Standalone Menage Romance from Julia Sykes

I was meant to be theirs: Joseph, my sweet first love, and Marco, his dark and dangerous best friend. After Marco steals me away one night, Joseph is waiting for me. They say they can't let me go, or their enemies might hurt me. They both want me. Together. The three of us. I know it's dirty, and I know Joseph and Marco are dangerous men. But being with them doesn't feel wrong. When they hold me in their arms, I feel safe, cherished. If I give myself to them, can they protect me? Or will staying close to them put me in more danger than ever?

My Review:

**3.5 stars**

I enjoyed this book and found it intriguing enough to finish it very quickly. I liked the idea of the menage the characters created and that they guys made Ashlyn feel safe, even when she was having conflicted feelings about being with both of them. In spite of that, I felt like something was missing, like things just fell into place too quickly. I enjoyed learning about each character and seeing things from their POv. This was a pretty good look at the problems and issues that could pop up from having three people in a relationship. here were also so really steamy scenes. If nothing else, the sex scenes were super intense.

However, the blurb made me believe there would be more danger. While there was some and the bit that was there was entertaining, it left me wanting more. I didn't read Battle of Love, so while I liked this book, I think maybe I should have read the prequel first. I didn't get a clear understanding of why Joseph left Ashlyn to begin with. He was running from danger, but it was Marco who went back and got her. Why didn't she just go to begin with. I think that would be more obvious to me had I read BoL.

I didn't feel as though I truly connected with the characters, but I enjoyed reading about them and would read more from this author.

I don’t deserve her: the sweet, perfect angel with the sweet, perfect life. She doesn’t know anything about my violent past. But if I could just touch her, taste her, then maybe I could pretend her perfect world could be mine, too. I know I should stay away, but when she looks to me for protection, her fate is sealed. Ashlyn will be mine. Note: Battle for Love is the prequel to War of Hearts.

About the Author:

Julia Sykes is the USA Today bestselling author of the Impossible Series. She has always kept dark stories tucked away in her mind, so she was thrilled when she discovered that other people actually want to read them. Her books blend romance, suspense, and BDSM. You can usually find Julia in Starbucks with a venti iced coffee clutched in her hand (two pumps of mocha, liberal half and half). If she's not in Starbucks, you will find her with a glass of prosecco in hand, probably reading Harry Potter. Again. Julia loves connecting with readers! Random Review & Tour . . . Tristan by Karla Sorensen

Title: Tristan
Series: Bachelors of the Ridge
Author: Karla Sorensen
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: January 25, 2018
There's one thing you should know about Tristan Whitfield: he’s been in love with Anna for years.
There are two problems with that: she has no idea, and she's married. Or at least, she was.
Anna Callahan knows three things about her brother’s friend, Tristan: he's quiet, incredibly handsome, and has a smolder that could set the room on fire.
For years, it wasn’t difficult for Anna to overlook all of that. But when Tristan is the solution to a work problem that could derail her career, he is anything but easy to ignore.
To Tristan, the fact that the object of his affection is suddenly single means he should tread lightly. Be the friend she needs until she’s ready for more and hope the risk pays off.
Because it'll add up to the one thing he wants: her.

My Review:

**4 stars**

Two things that I adored most about this novel:
- the amazing guy waiting in the wings, secretly in love with the girl, but respecting her unavailability
- the absolute slow burn and tease created by the chemistry between that guy and girl

This is my first novel from this author and although it is part of a series, I had no problem reading it and feeling like I was missing something form previous book. The author did a great job of making the characters like able and pulling me into their emotions.

I liked that this wasn't a rushed relationship. I liked that they took their time and made their love into something beautiful that not many can achieve. I also hated that they didn't rush their relationship, LOL. I kept wanting more, NOW.

All in all, it was an enjoyable read and I would recommend it to others.

"Tristan isn't just angsty or emotional. It's absolutely spellbinding. From the first word to the very last, I was hooked. An epic finale to one of my favorite romance series ever." - Bestselling Author Kandi Steiner
"I devoured this book in one sitting. Karla hit every emotion imaginable. I got mad, I laughed, I cried, my heart ached, and by the end, it was filled with joy. Tristan's story is the perfect ending to an incredible series." - Author Kathryn Andrews

Well, let’s see ... I’m a wife and a mother. If the things that I write bring a smile to someone's face, then I've done my job. I am obsessed with Outlander (both the books and the show). I’m almost exclusively a romance reader, which means some people will never consider me a literary snob. If I could meet one historical figure, it would be Jane Austen. I received my Bachelors in Public Relations and worked in health care marketing before I had my babies. I hate Twitter. I do it, but I hate it. Also, if you want to get on my good side, bring me wine and I'll love you forever.

BLURB:

It was always bros before hoes—except when Josephine Faulkner got involved. The saying had been obliterated for Maxwell Sheridan the moment he met her. His Josephine. She had become his everything without even trying. It’s too damn bad that Max broke her heart. Left her behind to seek redemption for his past mistakes. Life with Josie was perfect. He had found his La Vie En Rose … Or so he thought. One moment outside her apartment building changed it all. Josephine Faulkner’s world erupted with a single phone call. She became numb with a revelation, and her beliefs held no meaning the moment Maxwell Sheridan left her. Gone was the perfection she thought they had found together. All the good taken away by his decision. But his goodbye wouldn’t destroy her. Josie has more important things to worry about than the shattered pieces of her heart. Because not even Max can stop her from saying the one goodbye that means the very most. The very last goodbye that will hurt her in ways Maxwell Sheridan couldn’t.

PLEASE NOTE: With The Last Goodbye is NOT a standalone novel. It is the conclusion to Maxwell and Josephine's story, which begins in With The First Goodbye. You should read With The First Goodbye prior to reading With The Last Goodbye!

My Review:

**4 stars**

I don't even know how to write this review! If you read this book without shedding any tears or feeling the absolute heartbreak Josie goes through, you are a dead, shriveled up creature and you need help. That being said, this book was beautifully written. It had angst, drama, love, heartache, emotions galore. Josie often spoke about how she wasn't strong and couldn't handle things, but she was wrong. She had an inner strength that couldn't be matched. I loved that when she felt she couldn't handle it anymore she had people in her corner.

I didn't care for Max in this book. He wasn't my favorite in book one and I like him even less in this book. He will not be in the book boyfriend top 100 this year. He was too fickle, too indecisive. He said he needed to do things and he made absolutely horrible decisions and I just could not find it in me to see him as being redeemed at any point. When he was there, he was all in, but I never got the sense that he was reliable. I just couldn't trust him. And then a year?!? An entire year and oh look, here we go. Sorry, couldn't see it, couldn't get on board with it.

Overall, I enjoyed this book and devoured it just as I did with the first. I would definitely read more from this author and recommend this duet to other readers.

Portrait of romantic couple
Blurb:
My name is Nathan Reines… and I’m a voyeur. Yes, I like to watch people have sex. Witnessing the desire on their faces as they writhe in ecstasy makes my blood hotter than the hottest flame. There’s nothing more erotic than seeing their bodies tighten and tremble as they balance on the edge of ecstasy. It makes my dick as hard as fucking steel. I’ve never been tempted to have a lasting relationship with a woman—why get involved when watching from the sidelines is so fucking hot? But from the first time I watched the woman in the apartment across from mine, I knew she was different. She teases me with her soft touches and gentle caresses. She tempts me with her silent moans and sexy whimpers. She excites me, and makes me want more than I ever have before. For two years, I refused to give in to my curiosity. That is, until fate took things in her own twisted hands. Now that I know what it’s like to experience Emberleigh in the flesh, there’s no damn way I could ever go back to simply watching. Although this is book 3 in The Consumed Series, Watching Mine may be read and enjoyed as a STANDALONE.

My Review

**4 stars**

My inner voyeur is rejoicing!

I want to start by saying that I was first introduced to this author by her Jaded series. From that series to this book, the amount of growth in the author's writing is tremendous. I like that the author was able to stick with her message of overcoming abuse, but the difference between her Jaded series and this book was that it was more realistic and not so repetitive.

I loved that Nathan was so uninhibited and fully embraced his vice. I loved the development of the relationship between him and Emberleigh. There was just enough drama and intrigue to keep me enjoying this story and I look forward to more from the author, especially in reference to the secondary characters.

BLURB:

All they do know is that he is a fantastic cook and a bit of a computer geek. Behind the man he portrays is a secret that threatens to send him on a path that he thought he had left behind. Will the white powder be his downfall? Fallen for Shame is the third book in the highly recommended Glacial Blood Series by the author Anna Edwards. It is set in a paranormal world full of drama, suspense and great love affairs. Plus it features a secret that must never be told for fear of the consequences. A family isn't always blood; it's the people that accept you for who you are. Although book three in the Glacial Blood Series, Fallen For Shame may be read and enjoyed as a standalone.

My Review:

**3 stars**

I liked this book, but I couldn't quite keep my attention on it. It was fun and I loved the characters, but something was missing and I can't quite say what. I enjoyed the characters, especially Teagan and her clumsiness. It was a different take because usually shifters are so graceful and poised, Teagan was not, LOL. I also liked the concept of shifting into a wild dog; don't think I've ever seen that one before. And Tyler, ahhhh yes. The sexy geek...and he cooked - SOLD! The book was well edited and it was entertaining.

Overall, I liked the book and would most likely read more from the author.
